1. Who we are

PrepWithTee ("we", "our", "the platform") is an online exam preparation service based in Lahore, Pakistan, providing Cambridge O-Level and A-Level study resources, topical past papers, AI-powered tools, and optional 1-on-1 tutoring.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using PrepWithTee, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PrepWithTee. Users under 18 must have parental consent. Parents who create accounts on behalf of their children accept these terms on their child's behalf.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
You must provide accurate information when signing up.
One person, one account — sharing accounts is not permitted.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription plans and payments

PrepWithTee offers a free tier and paid plans (Solo, 3 Subjects, All Subjects). Paid subscriptions are activated after manual payment verification. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled case by case — contact us at nexgentutors6@gmail.com.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others.
Reproduce, redistribute, or resell past-paper content in violation of Cambridge International's copyright.
Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content.
Attempt to circumvent access controls or reverse-engineer the platform.
Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

7. Intellectual property

PrepWithTee's platform software, branding, and original content are our intellectual property. Past-paper documents are owned by Cambridge Assessment International Education and are reproduced under fair-use principles for educational purposes.

8. AI features

AI-generated explanations are provided for educational guidance only. They may contain errors. Always verify AI output against official mark schemes or your teacher's guidance.

9. Limitation of liability

PrepWithTee is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific exam outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
